If shortlisted, you will be interviewed and evaluated. Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo training for 100 hours on all aspects of Insurance Business. After successful completion of training you need to appear for an examination conducted by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA). On successful completion of the examination you will awarded a Licence by the IRDA to work as an insurance agent.
